Job Description
As a Business Support & Risk Coordination Officer, you join the Business Operations team within the Sales Department of BPCE Equipment Solutions Holding. The mission of the 4-person team is to provide support to the sales teams at headquarters and in our international entities to facilitate collaboration with other departments (risk, compliance, legal, IT, etc.).
This position will be an excellent opportunity to grow in an international environment and contribute to the BPCE ES activity within a versatile team on varied missions.
Your tasks will be:
* Support for relationship managers in managing our international partners for the annual review (financial analysis, KYC, process coordination with various contributors)
* Support for the sales teams in our international entities for managing the credit granting process (assistance with prioritization among Central Risk teams, analysis of arbitration and deviation requests with recommendations to General Management, change management on new processes or tools)
* Production of commercial management reports, processing and continuous improvement of data
* Annual review and validation of credit policies in coordination with other contributing departments
* Representation of the commercial line with the Risk Management (preparation of risk committees, participation in coordination meetings, etc.)
You will be required to interact regularly with numerous interlocutors at headquarters and in the entities, whether with senior management, risk management, sales managers and their teams, IT/data management, etc. Automatic translation
Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
You have solid experience in credit risk management and financial analysis (5 to 10 years), you have a strong customer focus (experience in business relationships would be an asset), you speak and write English fluently, you are versatile and know how to adapt quickly.
