Job Description
You are joining the Customer Account Control and Administration team as a Middle & Back Office Manager for flow and review activities.
On a daily basis, your tasks are:
* Manage customer relationship entry: Reputation check, customer scoring;
* Contribute to compliance and the fight against fraud: Escalation of suspicious, atypical transactions to compliance, incorporating the dimension of tax fraud;
* Support the management of account/third-party openings: Completeness checks, entries, or IT integrations for different types of accounts (ASV, CC, CIF, PEA for PP and PM, undivided);
* Keep the client repository up to date: Record and manage all changes to the administrative file (address, taxation, pricing, management mode, proxies, commercial reassignment, NPAI, care of...);
* Manage complaints and requests: Processing customer requests, permanent or occasional checks, and managing the dedicated mailbox.
As a Middle & Back Office Manager, you contribute to securing the client repository and ensuring compliance with banking operations.
