Job Purpose and Impact
We are looking for an Export Lead to develop and strengthen long-term partnerships with strategic international customers and key accounts. This role is focused on value-based selling, international business development, and collaborative account management across complex organizations.
You will act as a trusted partner for major customers, helping them improve performance, efficiency, and sustainability through tailored solutions. The position offers strong autonomy, strategic responsibility, and close interaction with internal teams.
The role will be based in France and will cover Middle East, Africa and Asia.
Key Accountabilities
* Develop, manage, and grow strategic international accounts and long-term partnerships
* Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with key customers
* Understand customer objectives (performance, cost optimization, innovation, sustainability) and propose appropriate products and solutions
* Lead commercial negotiations to create mutual and long-term value
* Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
* Coordinate closely with Technical, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Contribute to strategic sales planning and account development at an international level
* Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring transparency, trust, and responsiveness
* Share market insights internally to support innovation and future product strategies.
Qualifications
* Senior commercial profile with proven solid experience in international B2B sales or export management
* Proven background in managing complex key accounts, preferably in technical, science-based, or value-added solutions
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a strong plus
* Experience with CRM tools is appreciated.
