YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
As Clienteling Manager, and part of Central Europe team, you will be a true ambassador for Maison CELINE. You will contribute to enhancing client experience in store and out of store, with the objective of supporting sales. You will be integrated into the management team of the store and present in the sales area to drive the clienteling agenda. You are responsible for management and customer development in accordance with the codes of Maison CELINE.
KEYS FOR SUCCESS EDUCATION : Business School, University or "equivalent experience" EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years luxury retail & clienteling experience required COMPETENCIES: Strong business sense and ability to drive results Product and fashion sensibility High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty Strong communication skills Organizational skills, sense of priorities, and agility Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, sincerity and curiosity Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to interact with all levels of the organization LANGUAGES: Fluency in German and English is a must. Proficiency in other language(s) will be an advantage. WORKPLACE: Based in Munich and providing support to Central Europe zone network, the role involves travel. STARTING DATE: ASAP
