About This Role

We are looking for full-time Client Advisors to join our Munich Store.
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Client Advisor contributes to the growth of sales in the store. The Client Advisor is responsible for engaging clients and nurture their brand loyalty by conveying Loro Piana values, and maintain customer services as per Loro Piana standards.
Job Requirements At least 2 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity. Proven experience in clienteling within a luxury retail environment is essential. Pleasant, self-motivated, and a good team player attitude. Able to thrive within a high paced environment and being multi-tasking. Fluent in both German and English, additional languages a plus. Flexible to work on weekdays, weekends and public holidays following a rotating roster
