What You'll Do

* You will identify growth opportunities for the ecommerce of one of the biggest markets within (COMPANY NAME)
* You will apply your UX knowledge to drive meaningful A/B tests to improve the e-commerce's performance
* You will run e-commerce analysis on a frequent basis and come up out of the box ideas to increase the main KPIs
* You will drive projects by managing different teams and stakeholders
* You will be using strategic thinking on a daily basis to create an impact
* You will collaborate with our marketing teams and product category managers to implement new ideas and build a best-in-class buying experience

What you'll bring to us

* You are passionate about the online customer buying journey and are obsessed with e-commerce metrics
* You are strategic and can lead multiple projects simultaneously
* You are a storyteller and experimenter and you proactively seek customer feedback
* You like to think and act rationally and effectively
* You are a self-starter and can work independently
* You are curious and hungry to learn
* You are not afraid to negotiate, train, manage and above all to learn perpetually, and as quickly as possible
* You are fluent in English, additional languages (Italian, Spanish, Portuguese...) are a plus
