Als Prozessingenieur (m/w/*) am Standort Hilden haben Sie die Möglichkeit Ihr Wissen zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen. Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
* Technische Verantwortung und eigenverantwortliche Betreuung eines Prozessbereiches zur Herstellung von Polymerfilmen, inkl. Analyse und Lösung von Produktionsproblemen.
* Entwicklung und Erstellung von Qualitäts- und Produktionsstandards sowie deren nachhaltiger Implementierung.
* Ermittlung von Daten und Kennzahlen zur Beurteilung der Produktionsprozesse und der Produktqualität.
* Bearbeitung und Leitung von Projekten zur Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der vorhandenen Produktionsprozesse, um höchste Produktqualität und Produktivität sicherzustellen.
* Kostenreduktion durch effiziente Prozessgestaltung und -optimierung sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von ATEX-Richtlinien und -Standards.

Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen
Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen:
* Abgeschlossenes Master-Studium im Bereich Chemieingenieurwesen, Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
* Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der chemischen Industrie sowie im Umgang mit ATEX-Richtlinien & Standards.
* Ausgepräge Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement sowie der Prozessoptimierung.
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil:
* Erfahrung in der Kunststoffindustrie von Vorteil.
* Verständnis von Lean Manufacturing und Six Sigma Methoden.
* Kenntnisse in SAP, Datenanalytik und Statistik wünschenswert.
