Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Shape the future: Design and implement a unified information sharing platform to streamline departmental communication and collaboration
* Take responsibility: Manage and refine internal and external presentations and reports to ensure they meet corporate design and content standards
* Reliable work: Create visually appealing visual materials, including WebEx team backgrounds and team posters, that adhere to the latest corporate design standard
* Keep the overview: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the department's information infrastructure, including Confluence, iShare, Intranet, and Drives
* Expand your horizons: Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions
* Teamwork is dreamwork: Work closely with the team to ensure that all visual materials, reports, and presentations are consistent, accurate, and meet the department's needs

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Education: Student at a university with a focus on Computer Science, Natural Sciences/Engineering, Communication Design, Media Design, Business Administration, or a related field
* Skills: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (specifically PowerPoint, Excel)
* Work experience: Ideally, experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Confluence or similar platforms, dashboard creation in Tableau, and databases
* Experience: Experience in creating presentations and reports and ability to present complex data in a visually appealing way
* Way of working: Ability to work independently and set priorities as well as to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and tools
* Language skills: Good German and English language skillsPlease attach the following documents to your application:

* Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That's why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
* Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
* You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
