YOUR SHOES TO FILL:
* Assisting in planning, scheduling and organising content production, including photo shoots, video shoots and other creative projects
* Helping maintain timelines and calendars for content production and post-production
* Managing and maintaining the cosmetics content library, including organizing, accessing and properly documenting usage rights for all content
* Ensuring that all content complies with brand guidelines, legal requirements and quality standards
* Coordinating logistics for brand activations/events and support the marketing team in preparing assets and materials
* Documenting and reporting on completed activations, analyzing results and sharing learnings with regional stakeholders
* Ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, creative partners and external vendors
* Tracking budgets, orders and approvals related to content production and activations
* Developing practical solutions to operational challenges to keep projects on track

YOUR WAY OF LIFE:
* You have a degree in marketing, communications, event management or a comparable qualification
* You already have some professional experience in a production agency or in content coordination, ideally in the beauty sector
* You are familiar with digital asset libraries, content organization and file management
* You are creative, curious, organized and always full of ideas
* You enjoy taking responsibility for your projects, show initiative, are efficient and have a very high attention to detail
* Fluent English skills, French skills are an advantage
* Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
