Zur Verstärkung unseres Facility Management Teams suchen wir Dich als

Werkstudent (m/w/d)

für unseren Kundenstandort in Norderstedt.

Deine Aufgaben

* Erstellen eines Dokumenten- /Datenmanagementsystems zum digitalen Instandhaltungsmanagement
* Abstimmung und Erarbeitung von kundenspezifischen Definitionen im Bereich des Asset Managements
* Digitalisierung von Instandhaltungsstrategien
* Unterstützung im Aufbau von Prozessen in der Instandhaltung
* Eigenständige Entwicklung und Umsetzung kleiner Projekte mit dem Kunden
* Begleitung von Vor-Ort-Terminen im Rahmen der Projektsteuerung

Das bringst du mit

* ein Studium des Facility Managements, Bauingenieurwesens, Maschinenbaus, Mechatronik, Verfahrenstechnik, Projektmanagement, Technischen Gebäudemanagements oder ähnliches
* Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
* Technikaffinität und Interesse an innovativen Lösungen
* Teamfähigkeit bei gleichzeitig selbstständiger Arbeitsweise
* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
* Service-, kunden- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
* Selbstständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Einsatzbereitschaft
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
