Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role
Join our Automotive Pricing and Sales team and support data-driven decision-making across microcontroller product lines. In this role, you will work at the intersection of pricing, data analytics, and business strategy, contributing to key commercial decisions and gaining exposure to global automotive semiconductor markets.

* Data is everything: Support distributor pricing decisions by analyzing pricing data, benchmarking against competitors, and contributing to structured decision workflows
* Keep the overview: Prepare and maintain pricing trackers, design-win logs, and dashboards to monitor key business metrics across automotive accounts and distributor channels
* Experience research: Conduct competitive benchmarking of microcontroller pricing against key market players and derive insights to support strategic pricing decisions
* Reliable work: Consolidate and structure revenue and business data into standardized datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency across reporting
* Experience project management: Support recurring reporting processes, including distributor scorecards, forecast tracking, and executive-level presentations
* Focus on the future: Contribute to the development of automated reporting solutions using Excel and, optionally, tools such as Python or Power BI
* Being strong together: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the preparation of customer-facing materials, including portfolio presentations, roadmap updates, and business reviews.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You are an analytical and detail-oriented student with a strong interest in data, pricing, and business strategy in a global high-tech environment.

* Study Field: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or a comparable field
* Experience: Initial exposure to data analysis, pricing, sales operations, or similar business functions is a plus
* Skills: Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data modeling
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools such as Python or Power BI is an advantage
* Way of Working: Structured, detail-oriented, and analytical, with a strong problem-solving mindset
* Personality: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and cross-functional environment; proactive and collaborative team player
* Interests: Interest in semiconductors, automotive electronics, or B2B sales and pricing processes is a plus
* Language Skills: Very good English skills (working language); German is an advantage; Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus for customer interactionPlease attach the following documents to your application:

* Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That's why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
* Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
* You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
