CNC router / precision mechanic

Job Requirements

* Accurate and independent reading and interpretation of technical drawings * Efficient setup and configuration of 3-axis milling machines with Siemens One or comparable controls * Independent creation, optimization, and commissioning of CNC programs directly on the machine * Professional preparation and selection of various materials for the manufacturing process * Creative and solution-oriented design of fixtures and tools in close coordination with the design department

What your background should look like

* Completed vocational training in the metalworking field, e.g., as a precision mechanic, industrial mechanic, or comparable qualification * Several years of professional experience in CNC machining, ideally in individual part production * Solid knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings * Experience in setting up and operating 3-axis milling machines (Siemens One or comparable controls) * Confident use of CAM software and basic knowledge of CNC programming * Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style * Ability to work in a team and willingness to collaborate with design and other departments * Fluent in written and spoken German * High sense of responsibility and careful handling of machines, tools, and company inventory
