Your Role
Are you interested in learning more about the organizational structure of Infineon's IT department, or the types of initiatives that you will be working on? We encourage you to submit your application!

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Focus on the future: You help to shape the strategic direction of Infineon IT and gain insights into what the IT organization of the future will look like, e.g. on topics like digitalization, sustainability and innovation
* Convince with words: Visualize concepts and insights for communication towards different target groups like leadership or technical and functional experts
* Broaden your expertise: Collect and analyze quantitative data as well as qualitative information sources to gain insights for efficient steering of initiatives
* Organizational talent: Develop, prepare and support meetings and workshops and gain insights into different facilitation methods
* Lifelong learning: You develop your skills in using MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel), Outsystems (Low-Code Platform), Jira, Confluence and Miro

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Study field: You are currently studying business administration, industrial engineering, computer science or similar
* Personality: You are a highly motivated team player, excited about trying out new concepts and technologies
* Way of working: You bring along a structured and analytical mode of operation
* Experience: You have already gained some relevant work experience from previous internships, preferably in IT consulting, project management, innovation management
* Skills: You have good Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel, potentially programming skills (LowCode), Confluence and Jira is a plus
* Language skills: You have good German and English skills, both written and spokenPlease attach the following documents to your application:

* Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
* High school report Important information:

* Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That's why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
* Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
* You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
