Overview of the Role
Are you ready to shape the digital future of manufacturing? As a Solution Engineer on our Manufacturing team, you'll partner with enterprise customers to turn their business challenges into high-impact Salesforce solutions - acting as a trusted technical advisor and strategic co-pilot to your Account Executive.

Success is when a customer at any level - from IT staff to C-level - feels understood, sees a compelling vision, and takes the next step. You don't just demo technology; you create memorable experiences that build lasting trust.

What You'll Do
* Advise Strategically: Partner with your Account Executive to develop account strategy and co-create business-driven solutions.
* Lead Discovery: Run discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and build innovative solutions on the Salesforce technology stack.
* Deliver the Vision: Build and present customized demos, architectural concepts, and compelling value propositions tailored to Manufacturing challenges.
* Build Trust at All Levels: Clearly articulate Salesforce's value to everyone from IT administrators to C-level executives.
* Orchestrate the Team: Coordinate extended Solution Engineering resources to deliver multi-cloud solutions.
* Represent Salesforce: Participate in marketing and partner events, industry demos, and Manufacturing-specific use cases.
* Elevate the Team: Mentor peers, engage in internal training programs, and stay ahead of emerging technologies - especially AI and Agentforce.

Required Qualifications
* Track record in presales, solution engineering, consultancy, or software delivery in complex enterprise environments.
* Strong understanding of Manufacturing industry challenges and digital transformation trends.
* Proven ability to translate customer needs into a compelling vision and roadmap.
* Solid communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with strong executive presence.
* Empathetic listener with a laser focus on customer success.
* Fluent German and English.
* Willingness and ability to travel.
* Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience working within the Manufacturing or Automotive industry.
* Experience with Salesforce or other leading business applications.
* Minimum of 8 years in large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or cloud provider environments.
* Familiarity with AI Agent Platforms and emerging technologies.
* Familiarity with CX Platforms, CRM, Service Solutions ist a plus.
