The Opportunity
As Team Lead - Digitalisation & Automation, you will lead the regional digital and automation agenda for the Customs Product across the NEC region 🌐. You will drive impactful transformation initiatives, turn ideas into scalable solutions, and collaborate closely with operations, product, and IT to improve efficiency and customer experience.
You will work with a diverse, cross-country team spanning 6 NEC countries, with strong visibility toward senior leadership and involvement in high-impact strategic initiatives 📈.

About the Role
This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how the region digitizes and optimizes its customs operations, while developing your people-leadership and transformation capabilities.
The role reports into regional leadership and sits within the broader Transformation & Implementation organisation.

What You Will Do

* Drive change and digitalisation initiatives, identifying opportunities that add value for customers and internal stakeholders.
* 🚀 Manage projects end to end, from ideation through implementation, in a complex, cross-functional environment.
* 💻 Act as the regional point of contact for IT and product teams on system landscape and integration topics.
* 🤝 Collaborate closely with operational, commercial, and technical experts to identify and deliver process improvements.
* 🧭 Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure aligned, effective execution across the NEC region.
* ⚙️ Support the ongoing rollout and adoption of automated solutions and digital workflows.

What You Bring
✅ Background in Business, Logistics, IT, or a related field
✅ Experience in logistics and customs product
✅ Proven track record in digital transformation or change initiatives
✅ Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills
✅ Experience leading teams in a matrix or multi-country setup
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills
➕ Knowledge of Lean, Change Management, BI, or data-driven analysis (preferred)
