Working Student (m/f/d) Asset Management in Hamburg and/or Berlin

Start: as soon as possible

Location: Berlin or Hamburg / office presence

Duration: minimum for 12 months

Working Hours: 20 hours/week with possibility to increase the working hours during semester breaks (lecture-free period)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Support Team local Asset Management in daily business

· Review ESG information and make suggestions for improvements

· Document management to ensure operator responsibility

· Check and maintain lease agreements in different IT solutions

· Assist in validating economic business plans

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

· Studies in Real EstateManagement

· Proficient in MS Office

· Initiative and quick comprehension skills as well as an independent, structured and responsible way of working

· Very good analytical and conceptual skills

· Very good German and good English skills are required

· Collaborative team player
