Position Overview
Introduction
Deutsche Bank's EMEA Corporate Access team is a dynamic group of professionals located in London and Frankfurt. The Corporate Access team is responsible for originating and managing European corporate conferences, roadshows, field trips, and investor trips, connecting company management teams with institutional investors. The EMEA team collaborates closely with the Corporate Access team in the US, enabling global opportunities for clients and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities across regions and departments. The EMEA Roadshow Coordinator (Frankfurt) plays a central role in ensuring the seamless execution of roadshows through strong logistical management, communication and cross-team collaboration. This role reports to the Head of Corporate Access and Client Strategy based in London.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate all roadshow logistics; accommodation, flights, ground transport, meeting rooms and ensure catering, presentation material and AV requirements are fulfilled, together with producing roadshow packs for the company management team which contain roadshow schedules and investor profiles
* Maintain ongoing communication with the relevant Corporate Access partner and company management teams, ensuring they are informed of roadshow progress and operational requirements
* Onsite management of logistics for company roadshows in Frankfurt
* Support the administrative and data management needs of the European Corporate Access business as directed by the Head of EMEA Corporate Access
* Ad hoc travel arrangements for the DB corporate access
Skills and Attributes
* Enthusiastic professional with strong organisational and logistical planning skills, with experience in coordinating complex multi-city schedules for Corporate Access equity roadshows
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective client and stakeholder engagement at multiple levels. Fluent German and English language skills are required.
* Ability to work under pressure, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Team player, capable of collaborating effectively within diverse and international teams
* Sound understanding of the corporate access market environment and the regulatory landscape, ensuring compliant and efficient event execution.
