* You have a strong background in business process design, process harmonization, and ERP-driven business transformation, ideally gained within the Life Sciences, manufacturing, or regulated industries.
* You have experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, including the creation of User Requirement Specifications (URS), test scripts, and validation/testing documentation, while supporting data migration activities.
* You combine deep knowledge of quality and manufacturing processes with a strong understanding of how these processes are enabled within an ERP landscape.
* You have experience working as a functional consultant, business process expert, or similar role, ideally within a major consulting firm or a large-scale global transformation program.
