Your Role

As an Expert EH&S Safety Data Management (m/f/d), you will be responsible for ensuring the compliant GHS classification, labeling, and safety data sheets creation of Symrise raw materials and products on a global scale.
* Perform GHS classification and labeling of products in accordance with global legal requirements.
* Prepare and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for global markets.
* Ensure the accuracy and completeness of safety-related data like physical-chemical data, toxicological and ecotoxicological information
* Monitor and implement regulatory changes affecting product classification and safety data sheets.
* Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders worldwide.
* Support internal and external inquiries related to GHS classifications and safety data sheets.
About You

* University degree in Chemical Sciences, Chemistry, Toxicology, Environmental Sciences, or a comparable field. Education/Training as a lab technician, CTA, or similar
* Experience in GHS classification and labeling and the preparation of Safety Data Sheets.
* Basic understanding of REACH regulations and chemical compliance requirements.
* Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in an international environment.
* IT skills, ideally with experience in SAP or related compliance systems.
* Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
* Additional language skills, particularly German, are an advantage.
