Junior Brand Manager Moët & Chandon (m/w/d)

The Junior Brand Manager supports the management of Moët & Chandon in Germany. The mission is to contribute to sustainable brand growth and strengthen brand equity within a broad consumer base by delivering high-quality local execution. The role focuses on coordinating below-the-line activities, supporting commercial needs, and ensuring that global brand strategies are translated effectively into the German market. The Junior Brand Manager assists in the development and implementation of marketing programs in alignment with the Maison's global direction.
Education Degree level Professional experience & know how First experience in marketing or brand management, ideally in FMCG, lifestyle or the drinks industry. Experience in the luxury environment is a plus, but not required. Languages German fluent, English fluent, French is a plus Technical & management skills: Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and consumer behaviour. Strong organisational and project coordination skills. Structured working style and attention to detail. Basic commercial understanding and interest in how brand and sales work together. Ability to build relationships across teams and collaborate effectively. Confident communicator with good presentation skills. Curiosity for innovation and willingness to learn from global brand frameworks. Personal & interpersonal skills: Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach. Problem-solving attitude with the ability to stay calm when things change. Creative spark and interest in cultural trends relevant to Moët & Chandon. Team-oriented, supportive, and comfortable working with many stakeholders. Affinity for the wines and spirits world and enthusiasm for building brand experiences. Openness to feedback and motivation to grow within the organisation
