Siemens Xcelerator Academy provides our customers with world class trainings for the successful adoption of our software. Tailored to a variety of audiences, Siemens Xcelerator Academy offers on-demand, virtual, in-person training, and more to support the digital transformation journey.

We are looking for a working student to join our Siemens Xcelerator Academy Portfolio Team in Erlangen with the ability to work from home. Responsibilities:
We value your support in:
* Conduct market research and leverage data insights to develop, execute, and optimize marketing programs and portfolio strategy
* Create and manage sales enablement and marketing materials, including presentations, videos, newsletters, and digital collateral
* Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, producing engaging blog content, social media posts, and digital experiences
* Maintain and optimize webpages, online communities, and cross-functional partnerships to enhance program delivery
* Analyze campaign and program performance, preparing regular reports to drive continuous improvement and impact

Qualifications:
* You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience in international business, Marketing, Media & Communication, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, in Germany
* You have some experience via internships or other practical activities
* Very good Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Powerpoint
* Experience in visual content creation
* Experience with social media in the B2B sector
* Very good communication skills in English
* Proactive, communicative and creative personality
