Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role
Contribute to strategic marketing activities that drive data-based decisions and business growth across global markets.

* Data is everything: Support the Bottom-up & Top-down Market Model and work on data analysis topics related to our Application Strategy
* Shape the future: Assist in developing and implementing the application strategy across our international team
* Inform your colleagues: Create and maintain an internal knowledge hub for cross-functional use
* Keep the overview: Prepare management readout materials and summaries for decision-making
* Being strong together: Facilitate communication and collaboration within a global team structure, ensuring smooth information flow
* Reliable work: Support daily operational requests and tasks with accuracy and commitment
* Experience research: Conduct market research in the fields of Solar PV and Energy Storage to support business insights in relation to power semiconductor requirements

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You are a motivated and detail-oriented student who enjoys working in a global environment and combining analytical thinking with strategic marketing insights.

* Study field: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field
* Experience: Possess a technical or business-related academic foundation and have a good understanding of power semiconductor devices
* Skills: Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Tableau or Power BI is a plus
* Way of working: Analytical, data-driven, and able to translate insights into actionable recommendations
* Personality: Highly motivated to learn new topics and tools, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile, collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in an international team
* Language skills: Very good English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plusPlease attach the following documents to your application:

* Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That's why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
* Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree program. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
* You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
