Who You Are
We are looking for a creative and technically minded Junior AI Content Specialist to join our international Marketing & Communications team. You are passionate about the intersection of artificial intelligence and communication. In this role, you will help us transform industry conversations into compelling content, maintain a well-organised knowledge base for our marketing and communications activities, and keep an eye on public messaging from competitors and key topics in the space industry. You do not need extensive marketing experience, but you should be confident working with LLMs for practical tasks, naturally curious about data and trends, and able to write about complex technical subjects with clarity and precision.

What You Will Focus on
* Utilising Large Language Models (LLMs) to assist in the creation, adaptation, and improvement of marketing and communications content.
* Analysing market trends and conversations to generate relevant and engaging content ideas.
* Managing and maintaining a clean, searchable knowledge base to support the marketing and communications team.
* Monitoring and reporting on competitors' public messaging and relevant industry news.
* Applying guardrails for ethical, accurate AI use (citations, verification, style consistency).
What You Bring
* A degree in Computational Linguistics, Data Science, Digital Humanities, or a related discipline.
* Confidence using LLMs for practical work: drafting, adapting, summarizing, and organising content.
* Excellent communication skills in English (and ideally also German) with a proven ability to translate complex, technical topics into clear, compelling written content.
* Strong analytical thinking and a genuine enjoyment of working with data and digital tools to find patterns and insights.
* Team player with flexible attitude to responsibilities and changing priorities
* Interest in aerospace, tech and software topics
