We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Assistant who plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to the success of the team.
What you can expect:
* Office & administrative support: You ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and relieve your manager by coordinating workflows, managing digital filing and supporting with invoice checking.
* Correspondence & communication: You handle national and international correspondence and manage your manager's email inbox in line with given guidelines.
* Calendar, meetings & travel management: You coordinate the calendar, organize meetings and conferences and take care of the end-to-end travel management including travel expense reports.
* Preparation of documents & presentations: You create, format and prepare presentations and documents based on provided content and corporate standards.
* Departmental tasks & project support: You take on department-specific tasks and actively support selected projects through coordination, follow-up and documentation.
Your profile:
* Educational background & experience: Initial professional experience in an assistant role and a completed commercial education (e.g. office management clerk or a comparable qualification).
* IT skills: Confident handling of Microsoft Office applications.
* Communication skills: Strong communication skills when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Personal strengths: High level of trustworthiness, resilience, loyalty and integrity.
* Language skills: Confident command of English, both written and spoken.
