Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role
Join our Marketing and Communications team and support the execution of impactful campaigns in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role, you will contribute to content creation, campaign execution, and data-driven marketing activities while collaborating across teams.

* Convince with words and designs: Create and edit content and design marketing assets in English and German, ensuring clear and engaging messaging
* Experience project management: Assist in organizing events and managing multiple marketing initiatives with varying timelines
* Expand your horizons: Research partnerships, associations, and ecosystem opportunities to strengthen market presence
* Data is everything: Conduct market research and analyze marketing performance data across channels
* Focus on the future: Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation and support data-driven marketing processes
* Reliable work: Provide general marketing support and ensure tasks are executed with attention to detail and deadlines

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Study Field: Currently enrolled in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Media Technology, or a related field
* Experience: Initial practical experience in marketing, media, or communications is an advantage
* Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Interest in and exposure to AI tools for content creation and data analysis is a plus
* Way of Working: Independent, proactive, and structured, with a strong attention to detail
* Personality: Creative, communicative, and collaborative, with a strong motivation to work in a B2B startup environment
* Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English and German skillsPlease attach the following documents to your application:

* Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That's why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
* Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
* You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
