Job Description:

* Own and manage ABOUT YOU Greece's social media channels (Instagram as primary focus)
* Develop and execute local social media content strategies aligned with brand and business goals
* Create engaging, trend-driven content tailored to the Greek market
* Monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize content based on insights
* Manage community engagement and ensure consistent brand communication
* Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and agencies on campaigns and content productions
* Support influencer collaborations, events, and content shoots
* Identify trends and translate them into relevant content opportunities

Qualifications:

* 2-4 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
* Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok ecosystems
* Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills
* Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and digital culture
* Proven experience with social media analytics, reporting, and content editing
* Strong organizational and project management skills
* Hands-on experience with tools like Dash Hudson, Meta Business Suite, or similar (plus)
* Fluent in Greek and English
