Key responsibilities in your new role

We are looking for talented and motivated Working Students to build up an Innovation Team and help driving ideas forward! As part of our dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute your skills and expertise in one of four key areas: Web Development, Data Analysis, AI Expertise, or Innovation and Change Management. Whether you're a coding whiz, a data guru, an AI enthusiast, or a change catalyst, we want to hear from you! As a Working Student, you'll work closely with our experts to bring new ideas to life, develop your skills, and gain valuable industry experience.

We are looking for you, if you can contribute to one or more of the following areas:

* Web Development: Develop web applications to realize given ideas (e.g. by using Low Code or Outsystems)
* Data Analysis: Analyze and prepare big data to support the solution finding (e.g. with KNIME or Python)
* AI: Use AI to perform idea realization (e.g. by using GenAI)
* Technology & solution research: Analyze existing technologies and solutions for applicability to current challenges
* Explore new technologies, applications and platforms: Work with topics such as LLMs, Python frameworks, and low-code tools
* Prototype development: Build prototype software solutions to validate ideas and demonstrate feasibility
* Innovation - and Change Management: Support the team by moderating the whole process with modern methods (e.g. using Design Thinking)

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Study field: You are currently studying in an advanced semester (4th Bachelor Semester or higher) with focus on Web Development, Data Analysis, AI, Informatics, Industrial Engineering or Innovation- and Change Management
* Skills: You have a solid skill set in one of the key areas displayed in the role description
* Experience: You are experienced in working together in a diverse team and already gained work practice in one of the mentioned fields
* Mindset: You bring strong technical curiosity, hands-on mentality, and enthusiasm for new tools, methods and technologies
* Data/AI interest: You have experience with data mining tools and/or AI development is a plus
* Software development experience: Ideally you have built software independently (projects, university, internship, or personal work)
* Language skills: You have very good English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus Please attach the following documents to your application:

* High school report Important information:

* Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
* Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
* You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
