Stream Lead Program Manager AI Predictive Decision Science (all genders)

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Management for AI & PDS Sub-Home

* Stand up and run the AI & PDS program governance model, ensuring consistent cadence, high-quality materials, clear actions, and transparent progress tracking.

* Drive alignment of milestones, dependencies, and risks across all AI & PDS workstreams.

* Maintain oversight of enterprise-wide coordination across Finance, Commercial, Supply, A&I, IT, and corporate AI programs.

* Ensure consistent communication with senior stakeholders, including CH Finance LT, finance forums, and enterprise steering bodies.

Stream Leadership

* Lead selected AI, predictive analytics, forecasting, or data foundation streams end-to-end, ensuring delivery quality, business outcomes, and adoption.

* Manage stream-level backlogs, sprint cycles, scope definition, requirements, testing, and release planning.

* Translate strategic objectives into practical delivery plans and hold cross-functional partners accountable to outcomes.

* Partner with data science, engineering, system integration, and product roles to ensure solutions are scalable and integrated.

Deputy to Head of AI & PDS

* Serve as deputy, coordinating priorities, aligning AI roadmaps, and supporting decision-making across the sub-home.

* Prepare materials, assessments, and recommendations for leadership reviews, enterprise forums, and governance cycles.

* Ensure the sub-home reflects coherent design principles, roles, and ways of working informed by organizational priorities

Ways of Working & Enablement

* Establish and maintain agile and program management standards across the AI & PDS sub-home.

* Support capability building for Finance teams adopting AI, predictive forecasting, or decision science tools, complementing the Drumbeat Coordinator (not merged with this role).

* Enable cross-market and cross-functional collaboration, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

WHO YOU ARE

* Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data/Tech, or related field

* Extensive experience in Digital Finance, FP&A, Finance Transformation, AI/analytics programs, or similar multi-stream delivery roles

* Demonstrated experience coordinating complex programs with cross-functional teams

* Familiarity with agile delivery, portfolio governance, and structured program management

* Ability to translate strategic direction into executable road maps and hold teams accountable

* Experience working with data science, engineering, or AI teams preferred

* Proven ability to operate autonomously, navigate ambiguity, and synthesize complex information

*
You communicate fluently in English, have very strong German skills, and are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
