Your Role: You will support the implementation of regulatory strategy for detergents and related products, including borderline biocides, within the Global Registration Team LS-QR-HRB. You will work within the Global Detergents & Biocides community to ensure compliance under EU 2026/405 and related regulations, while maintaining a global perspective. You will collaborate cross-functionally to secure timely regulatory actions, provide regulatory intelligence, and establish reliable workflows with our Life Science organization as needed.

You will lead regulatory compliance activities for detergents under EU 2026/405, with awareness of biocide-related interfaces. Your initial focus will be the EU 2026/405 with global scope expanding over time. You will monitor and interpret regulatory developments globally, with emphasis on EU requirements and implications for detergent products. You will collaborate with other teams to align product stewardship, labeling, and safety data to support regulatory needs for detergents and related products. You will support regulatory submissions and dossiers and assist regional teams with regulatory efforts outside the EU. You will maintain fluent communication with internal stakeholders and external authorities, ensuring timely and accurate regulatory outcomes. You will contribute to the ongoing improvement of regulatory processes and workflows to accelerate compliant product launches.

Who you are:

* Master's degree in Natural Sciences or equivalent; PhD preferred.

* Strong knowledge of detergent regulations and related regulatory frameworks; biocide regulation knowledge is a plus.

* Good understanding of CSS concepts and ESPR and basics of toxicology are beneficial.

* Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

* Ability to work in complex, cross-functional environments and drive collaborative results.

* Experience in global regulatory affairs, registrations, and life-cycle management is preferred.

* Demonstrated ability to monitor regulatory developments and translate them into actionable plans.

* Strong communication skills and stakeholder management across internal teams and external authorities.
