People Business Partner / HR Generalist (*all genders)

* Advise and support managers on all people-related and employment law matters within the D-A-CH Region.
* Coach leaders and support employee conversations, performance management, and change initiatives.
* Manage the recruitment process for specialist and leadership positions.
* Prepare and administer employment contracts, contract amendments, reference letters, and other HR documentation.
* Maintain employee master data and ensure accurate and compliant HR administration.
* Coordinate and prepare monthly payroll data in close collaboration with the payroll function.
* Monitor personnel costs and prepare relevant HR metrics, reports, and analyses.
* Provide support across a broad range of HR topics, initiatives, and people-related projects
