Job Description:
* Independent handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and issues via email
* Taking on additional tasks that support the operational business in our call centers
* Close collaboration with internal teams to optimize processes and workflows
* Supporting the quality team to ensure quality standards
* Assisting in documenting workflows in German and English
Qualifications:
* Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, ideally in a call center environment
* Initial experience with Google Workspace, Jira, and Zendesk is a plus
* Strong communication skills and a high level of service orientation
* Quick comprehension, proactivity, and a strong sense of initiative
* Hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills
* Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
* High resilience and strong team spirit
