The store manager will be responsible for growing the business, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store is managed effectively.

Your Responsibilities:

* Business DevelopmentMonitor and optimize sales performance to meet set targets
Analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Set individual team goals and track progress toward them
Implement sales initiatives in coordination with marketing campaigns

* Customer Relations:Ensure the quality of customer service and advice provided to clients.
Oversee the handling of sensitive situations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Promote effective communication between the team and customers.

* Organization and OperationsEnsure the store is well-maintained (organization, presentation, adherence to standards).
Oversee cash handling and ensure internal procedures are followed.
Manage schedules according to business needs.
Monitor inventory, organize stock takings, and train the team on the tools used.
Maintain constant communication with internal contacts.

* MerchandisingImplement and enforce product display guidelines.
Ensure compliance with the brand image and internal standards.

* Human Resources/ManagementRecruitment and training
Conduct individual evaluations and support professional growth.

Profil

Profile:

Proven experience as a store manager in the retail sector (fashion, accessories, lifestyle, premium brands, etc.).
Strong understanding of sales metrics and management techniques.
Strong commitment to customer service and team management.
Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive.
Fluency in English and Italianish is required
