Manage schedules according to business needs.
Monitor inventory, organize stock takings, and train the team on the tools used.
Maintain constant communication with internal contacts.
* MerchandisingImplement and enforce product display guidelines.
Ensure compliance with the brand image and internal standards.

Profil
Profile:
Proven experience as a store manager in the retail sector (fashion, accessories, lifestyle, premium brands, etc.).
Strong understanding of sales metrics and management techniques.
Strong commitment to customer service and team management.
Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive.
Fluency in English and Italianish is required
