Job Description:
* Continuously optimize key customer service KPIs as well as reporting and controlling structures to enable data-driven decision-making
* Evaluate and improve existing CS controlling processes and develop business cases for optimization
* Prepare volume and cost forecasts, plan budgets, and continuously adjust them
* Analyze operational drivers in customer service and derive measures to improve efficiency and customer experience
* Collaborate closely with internal and external partners as a business partner on equal footing to achieve shared goals
* Ensure smooth invoicing and billing processes with service providers
* Configuration, administration, and further development of CRM systems and related tools, including automations and user access management
* Actively contribute to the optimization and automation of tools to increase efficiency in daily operations
Qualifications:
* Completed degree in economics or a comparable qualification
* Business-fluent German and English skills
* Experience in controlling, ideally in a customer service environment
* Strong affinity for numbers, KPIs, and data-driven work
* Confident use of Excel (formulas ideally part of daily work or quickly learned)
* Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of logical and structured thinking
* Hands-on mentality, initiative, and proactive working style
* High self-motivation and ability to work independently and responsibly
* Enthusiasm for tools, systems, and the development of digital processes
* Willingness to learn and quickly familiarize oneself with new technologies and systems
