Join KONE as a Maintenance Supervisor in Greece

Your Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team of technicians to deliver safe, high-quality, and timely service. You'll maintain strong customer relationships, drive operational excellence, and use digital tools to boost performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coach the maintenance team to deliver excellent service
* Manage customer relations, ensuring satisfaction and proactive communication
* Use digital tools to monitor performance and streamline processes
* Provide technical oversight and troubleshoot complex issues

What We're Looking For
* Experience supervising teams in maintenance, field service, or similar roles
* Solid technical background (preferably elevators/escalators)
* Strong digital mindset and willingness to use mobile tools
* Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
* Customer-focused, proactive, and problem-solving attitude
* Valid B driving license and readiness to travel locally
