Proposition & Innovation Specialist

Position Summary
The Operation Proposition & Innovation position will plan, execute and manage all operation projects that improve Samsung Electronics Hellas eStore customer experience and attachment rate. Bring innovative ideas and implement them with passion.
Key Objectives:
* Improve eStore CX NPS and Conversion Rate by adding innovations to the eStore platforms & processes optimization for D2C, EPP and SMB
* Add new sell out platforms (eg. Trade in, new payment methods, new delivery methods)
* Platform Maintenance: Ensure eCommerce platforms stable operation - quick fix issues

Role and Responsibilities

* Responsible for eStore platforms stable operation and continuous improvement (D2C, EPP, SMB).
* eCommerce platforms operation, end to end testing, issues identification, escalation and follow up.
* Manage and maintain eCommerce sell out platforms (payment methods, Trade In etc.).
* Coordinating cross-divisional projects for company process innovation, operation optimization, system improvement and business performance enhancement
* Initiate and coordinate changes - improvements - bug fixes, UX & CX optimization, sellout features and operational issues.
* Auto-reporting, coupons functionality, cart abandonment reminder, delivery slots etc.
* Responsible for eCommerce CX NPS. Monitor performance and initiate and manage improvement plans.
* Plan, implement and review strategic programs and business transformation projects.
* Defining the clear goal and setting up the milestones for innovation projects.
* Be aware of emerging digital trends and propose potential applications.
* Work with internal cross functional teams to ensure flawless execution of all estore projects development

Skills and Qualifications

* Strong Project Management skills
* Partners management experience
* Knowledge of Analytics and project management tools
* Degree in eCommerce / Digital / Marketing / BA
* Experience in UI/UX projects
* Adaptable to change in a rapidly evolving world of digital and ecommerce
* Detail-oriented, highly organized and multitasking
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
* Collaborative / Ability to work within a multinational environment
* Fluency in English
* Advanced level in MS Office (mainly Excel, Powerpoint) and Jira
