About the job
The Jr BM position supports the development & leads the implementation of the strategic plans for the specialized nutrition products under her/his responsibility. Drives the marketing initiatives with all parties involved, internally & externally, to fulfill the company's vision, objectives & desired business results
Responsibilities and duties
* Implement and monitor brand plans and marketing activities targeting Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), caregivers, patients, and other relevant stakeholders.
* Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and digital content in collaboration with agencies and internal teams.
* Ensure all materials and communications comply with regulatory and scientific standards.
* Organize and participate in relevant events and medical congresses.
* Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, including sales data, campaign effectiveness, and HCP engagement.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to support the product lifecycle.
* Manage product-related complaints in accordance with company procedures.
Education & Experience
* University degree in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences
* MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is desirable
* Affinity with healthcare nutrition is considered a plus
* Fluency in English & Greek ( written & spoken) , proficient in MS offise & Digital tools
* 1-2 years of expirience in brand management, ideally in OTC, Health & Beauty, medical products or Life Sciences
Knowledge and skills
* Strong commercial acumen with analytical & strategic thinking.
* Excellent project management, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills.
* Results-driven with high initiative and autonomy.
* Team player with facilitation and collaboration skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
