Responsibilities

As a key player in our organization, you will revolutionize the way we approach point of sales, taking our categories to new heights of success.
* Gain a deep understanding of customer relationship building, selling techniques, and the ever-evolving dynamics of the market.
* Lead sales in your area of responsibility engaging with local stakeholders, leaving a lasting impact.
* Analyze relevant data and translate it into insights-led business plans will be instrumental in driving our growth and enhancing our brand development.
* Work closely with our dynamic Field Sales team, ensuring our business objectives are met and exceeded. Together, you will activate local marketplace initiatives and promotions, captivating our target audience and maximizing the performance of our brands.

Qualifications - Skills:
We'll teach you what you need to know, but we do have a few minimum requirements:
* Build Win-Win Relationships
* Resourceful
* Effective Communication
* Learning Agility demonstrated through specific experiences
* Empathy * Managing situations by adapting approach as and when needed
* Act as owner & Identify new Sales Opportunities
* Strong passion for sales
* Typically has a Bachelor's Degree in any field (Must Have)
* A minimum of 1-2 years of successful Sales and/or Consumer Goods experience preferred
