Crédit Agricole CIB India is operating through 5 branches: Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bangalore and Chennai. It supports its corporate clients, both Indian and international, as well as the main financial institutions in India with a complete product offering from cash management, trade finance, foreign exchange and interest rate swaps, short and medium term financing in rupees and other currencies, to cross-border advisory services. You will join our Mumbai team and you will be under direct Chief Operating Officer supervision. Organisation department supports all business lines, operations and support functions in various topics related to processes and systems: productivity missions, organizational changes, project management, … Organisation is also a key driver of innovation initiatives and business/digital transformation of the Branch. Your concrete missions will be the following: - Coordinate a portfolio of cross-functional projects that can be of very different natures: > Back office / front office systems enhancement > Process automation > New ways of working. > Regulatory projects > Organizational changes > Digital transformation, implementation of CACIB IA tools - Coordinate User Acceptance testing between local, regional, head office and IT teams. - Conduct change management actions. - Document and streamline workflows and procedures to optimize effective use of resources and enforce work standards and controls

Requisiti del candidato:

You are postgraduate of a Master/Bachelor degree holder, with less than 1 year old (India regulatory requirement) from an University, a Business School with a specialization in in business management, Finance, IT engineering or a related field. Hard Skills: - Working on IT topics, data or numbers ; - Strong MS Office skills (Powerpoint & Excel) ; - Fluent French and English. Soft Skills: - Sociable and empathetic listener ; - Able to be a good support of different stakeholders ; - Naturally organized and comfortable working effectively on multiple projects with multiple variables and stakeholders ; - Proactive and genuinely curious ; - Excellent written and verbal communication
