We are seeking a dedicated Parcel Duplicate Checking Specialist - Back Office to provide exceptional service to our global customer base. The Job purpose is to ensure the accuracy, uniqueness, and integrity of parcel records across core logistics systems by detecting, investigating, and resolving duplicate parcel IDs, labels, and scanning events. This role reduces operational friction, prevents misrouting and billing errors, and supports end-to-end shipment visibility and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Shipment Analysis & Quality Control
* Review and analyze delivery scans with meticulous attention to detail to identify duplicate shipments and billing discrepancies
* Examine small differences in scan data that determine billable versus non-billable shipments
* Categorize deliveries and recognize patterns to differentiate between correct delivery routes and those requiring closer inspection
* Develop the ability to identify new patterns and trends over time as shipping processes evolve

Team Collaboration & Communication

* Apply critical thinking skills to resolve complex billing and routing issues
* Communicate effectively with team members to ensure consistent decision-making
* Proactively speak up when uncertain about the correct course of action
* Embrace a learning mindset and grow from mistakes to continuously improve performance
* Interact with other teams 10% time via emails

Customer Support & Conflict Resolution

* Handle customer inquiries regarding shipment billing with professionalism and empathy
* Explain billing decisions clearly and patiently to internal stakeholders, even in challenging situations

Essential Skills

* Exceptional attention to detail - ability to spot minor discrepancies that impact billing decisions
* Pattern recognition - quick identification of anomalies and categorization of delivery data
* Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
* Critical thinking - analytical approach to problem-solving
* Basic computer proficiency - comfortable working with digital systems and Software

Required Qualifications:

* Experience: 1-4 years in parcel/logistics back office, operations control, data integrity/quality, or service desk roles.
* Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and internship exposure in logistics/ops support may be considered.
* Education: Diploma/Graduate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, IT, or related field.

Working Conditions

* Schedule: Standard Indian business hours.
* Work Options: 100% Onsite only.
* Global Coverage: May require occasional work outside standard hours.
* Performance Metrics: Success measured by response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
