Inviting applications for the role Management Trainee Employee Data Management (EDM)

* End-to-end employee lifecycle transactions including:
* Hiring, promotions, transfers, terminations
* Probation updates, PF changes, address changes
* Leave of absence, employee letters, data corrections
* Systems:
* Workday (preferred)
* Oracle experience acceptable if employee data management knowledge is strong
* ServiceNow as the CRM

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in commerce, HR, Finance, or a related field.
* Relevant years of experience in payroll processing (multi-country or large employee base preferred).
* Hands-on experience with payroll systems (e.g., SAP, ADP, Workday (Preferred), Oracle, etc.).
* Strong understanding of statutory compliance, taxation, and labor law requirements.
* Excellent MS Excel skills (pivot, lookup, reconciliations).
Preferred / Nice to Have
* Certification in Payroll Management or HR Operations
* Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma)
* Exposure to shared services or global payroll environment.
