Travel claims processing -Trainee(Mumbai-work from office)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Travel & Expense Review Trainee (L1) to join our team in Thane. The role involves reviewing employee travel and expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies, verifying supporting documents, and assisting employees with expense-related queries.

* 0-1 year experience in travel & expense processing, finance operations, back-office operations, or invoice/claims processing is preferred.

* Any Graduate (Commerce/Finance background preferred).

* Strong attention to detail and ability to work with policies, checklists, and process guidelines.

* Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook.

* Comfortable working in a process-oriented environment with daily operational targets and deadlines.

* Ability to handle confidential employee and financial information responsibly.

* Quick learner with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Team player with a proactive and professional attitude.

* German language knowledge would be an added advantage
