Job Purpose

To impart training to DSE and Sales Managers in order to upgrade there job knowledge through the induction and develop there skills through interventions periodically in the areas of achieving sales targets and renewal target, which would impact the territory's productivity.

Job Context & Major Challenges

Job Context: To impart training to DSE and Sales Managers in order to upgrade there job knowledge through the induction and develop there skills through interventions periodically in the areas of achieving sales targets and renewal target, which would impact the territory's productivity.

Job Challenges: * Getting trainees (especially advisors) in the training room as they are not on the payrolls of the company and are not willing to invest time to up bring their capabilities.

* The span being large (managing multiple branches over spread locations and large team of existing universe + new hires) the training is being affected.

* Geographical distribution

* Training infrastructure

* Insufficient Training enablers

KRA1
Implementation of training architecture at the regions to ensure that right learning happens which leads to desired capability and performance
1. Impacting stakeholders of mapped units positively for achieving new sales targets and renewal

2. Ensure adherence and execution of Training Architecture for DSE's & Sales Managers of mapped units

3. Adherence to planned Monthly Calendar with min. 12 training man days excluding fieldwork per month, filling up of STMS & all other online reports and focusing on achieving the same

4. Facilitate Improving appear to pass % of DSE's

5. Aligning with Business & Identifying training needs across the respective region of BSLI and develop content with respect to the gaps

6. Measuring the effectiveness of all trainings conducted by self, line, vendors & e-learning

KRA2
Create Measurable impact on productivity
1. Evaluating employees current level of knowledge & skills by conducting assessments & keeping the line informed

2. Conducting specialized programs on managerial for SM's & DSE's across respective region

3. To implement strategic and operational plans for all learning activity ensuring business needs are met and opportunities are maximized

4. To identify opportunities for enhancing the learning proposition, anticipating business needs and developing innovative and inspiring solutions

5. To effectively liaise with the Service and Ops vertical to ensure efficiency of product delivery

6. To maintain key relationships with Managers across BSLI and external providers to ensure effective training solutions are in place to support business objectives

KRA3
Managing Training Administration
1. To work cross functionally and cross site to pro actively engage with key stakeholders to ensure a full understanding of the business and be able to offer solutions which ensure the successful delivery of projects in their areas and the wider business

2. To be able to prioritize training programs and manage any potential conflict in timings of delivery with the business and other activity effectively

3. To champion training across one's region in BSLI and influencing key stakeholders including peers
