NPI Planner - Reseller Operations (18 Month)

World-class operational excellence is a cornerstone of Apple's success, and the Reseller Operations team plays an essential role in ensuring operational and financial success for Apple. Reseller Operations are the voice of the Reseller Channel within Operations, and are pivotal to the dynamic launch of Apple's products. We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated individual with strong analytical abilities, project management skills, and excellent communications to join the RO as a NPI Product Lead.
A successful NPI product lead is a natural leader and facilitator; is driven, organised and detail oriented; excels in program/ project management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment; is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts; leads through relationships and influence: and displays grace under fire. This role requires an ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple teams. Identifying and implementing automation opportunities and continuous enhancements will be key focus areas.
Experience in a related field (e.g., Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Ops, Project Management). Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, complex environments. High attention to detail with a continuous-improvement mindset. Effective relationship builder with strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Able to present complex data clearly and influence senior partners. Self-directed, motivated, and adaptable with excellent time management.
Relevant degree in Engineering, Maths, Economics, Supply Chain, Statistics, or Data Science. Operations experience in a high-tech or similar industry. Strong analytical and business judgement skills. Proficiency in Excel or data visualisation tools. Experience in planning disciplines or NPI/Supply Chain/Manufacturing environments. Experience leading cross-functional or strategic projects
