Abbott Ireland Diabetes Care Division Donegal
The Abbott Diabetes Care division based in Donegal Town manufactures FreeStyle blood glucose test strips and FreeStyle Sensors for use in diabetes management. Among Abbott Diabetes Care leading brands are the FreeStyle Precision, FreeStyle Lite and FreeStyle Libre system.

About the job:
The successful candidate is chiefly responsible for carrying out direct operations in material handling and manufacturing, thereby ensuring the site delivers safe and effective products that meet customer needs whilst maintaining compliance. This role will work across a continental shift pattern rotating between days and nights.

Major responsibilities include;
* Performing data entry, receiving inventory and cycle counting
* Meeting customer requirements through the arrival and transfer of material in a timely and accurate manner
* Improving environmental, health and safety performance in the plant
* Operating production equipment
* Writing/providing input for operating procedures
* Computer data inputting

Education and experience required:
* Educated with a second level qualification, similar experience an advantage
