We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team: here you will have the opportunity to refine your skills and work on stimulating projects with the goal of defining the vision and a clear, sustainable roadmap that ensures its delivery and continuous improvement.
In particular, you will be responsible for:
* Designing and delivering end-to-end projects, from defining functional requirements through execution and release.
* Collaborating with technical teams and management to develop, test and deploy solutions, while monitoring deadlines and commitments.
* Contributing to the definition and design of technological solutions, with a focus on architecture development.
* Interpreting business requirements (BRS) to ensure that technological solutions are aligned with the company strategy and current/future ICT capabilities.
* Use AI tools to synthesize feedback and usage data at scale, define requirements, and set success metrics for AI-powered platform features.

What skills are we looking for?
* Experience as a Product Owner in dynamic and structured environments
* Proven ability to drive alignment across product, engineering and executive stakeholders, balancing priorities, trade-offs and platform investment decisions
* Skilled in using AI assistance to draft documentation, API specs, and user stories, while critically evaluating AI-generated analyses and recommendations
* Experience defining requirements and success metrics for AI-powered platform capabilities (like intelligent routing, anomaly detection and smart defaults) while critically evaluating AI-generated analyses and recommendations
* Strategic vision, prioritization and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level)
