Panoramica Stellantis & Publicis Groupe In Partnership Publicis has been a trusted partner for Stellantis and its legacy brands since 1989 (creative services for Fiat Auto), with milestones including: 2017: Appointment of Starcom to lead media planning and buying across EMEA and APAC, delivering industry-leading media pricing and transparency. 2018: Expansion into North America with media planning and buying alongside digital operations 2021: Following Stellantis' formation, Publicis was appointed global media agency of record across all xP/xF brands in July of that year, overseeing EUR1.5bn in annual media investment 2022: Appointed as digital operations agency in EE alongside NA Today, Publicis provides a fully integrated agency model across media, digital operations (websites, analytics, CRM, SEO, digital assets, platforms, social), and creative services for selected brands (Jeep, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Leapmotor). This structure spans North America, Europe, and Middle East markets with its remit as media agency AOR in other regions/markets. More than 2,500 Publicis FTEs globally support Stellantis. Starcom operates closely with our other Groupe agencies Leo Burnett and Sapient to deliver end to end transformative solutions to drive personalisation at scale. We are truly end to end and operate a full funnel model in their biggest markets. We operate across all of Stellantis' five key regions with 30+ markets. Stellantis has an array of the world's most exciting car brands and with a continued shift to electrification coupled with identifying synergies within their marketing operations, this is a fantastic client to work on to help them unlock growth in an intelligent world. Role Summary We are seeking a world-class international client lead to serve as Enlarged Europe Media Operations Lead for one of our most significant Groupe clients. This role requires exceptional international experience and the ability to oversee a network of 10+ markets, ensuring consistent delivery of the regional media vision, fulfilment of global commitments, and strong connectivity across the network. This role will lead the transformation of the regional media operating model by driving innovation, process standardisation, governance, product development and AI-enabled solutions that improve business performance across the network. This position spans three overarching areas aligned to our agency Growth Pillars and Expectations Framework. Responsabilità Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence & Effectiveness Drive operational excellence, effectiveness and continuous transformation for Stellantis, ensuring best-in-class delivery across the Enlarged Europe network. Oversee day-to-day outputs across multiple central hubs, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery. Define and drive adoption of regional operating standards, governance frameworks, proprietary tools and best practices across all markets. Develop and implement the global scope and remuneration plan, ensuring optimal FTE structures to deliver outstanding service. Support the Client Lead in managing the global P&L and identifying opportunities to diversify revenue streams. Lead the evolution of the regional media operating model, simplifying processes, improving scalability and increasing operational efficiency. Product, Data & Innovation Own the roadmap for regional media products, dashboards and reporting capabilities, ensuring they evolve in line with client needs. Translate business requirements into scalable product enhancements working closely with Product Managers, Engineering and Data teams. Lead the implementation of new operational capabilities including taxonomy evolution, reporting frameworks, governance models and automation initiatives. Ensure data quality, reporting consistency and scalable measurement frameworks across all markets. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to simplify operations and improve decision making. Informazioni aggiuntive This opportunity does not provide relocation support.
