Facility Project Manager (short- term assignment - 6 months) Milan, Italy - Hybrid The Facility Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of the office relocation project in Milan. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and vendors to ensure a smooth transition. The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves close collaboration with senior management, external vendors, and internal teams to deliver a successful move that aligns with corporate objectives and operational needs. What you'll be doing Organize local governance and coordinate with Workstreams for successful delivery Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and roadmaps to meet project milestones. Ensure results are delivered on time in compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the project. Monitor achievements, planning/roadmap and Budget Escalate risks & issues to Steering Group when relevant /needed Provide weekly status report and asks for decision when needed In agreement with SteerCo, provide monthly status reports to sponsors Participate to the Steering group You will report to the Head of Operations in Italy. What you will bring Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, especially office relocations or facilities management projects. Exceptional planning and organizational abilities to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders in accordance with timelines and budgets Strong risk management and problem-solving skills. Excellent decision-making skills combined with an outstanding work ethic Understanding of facilities management, construction, and logistics in an office environment. Familiarity with local regulations and permits in Milan related to building and office moves. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Proficiency in Italian and English is preferred for effective communication with local vendors and international stakeholders.
