Dailyn Models Management is looking for a Street Talent Scout to join our team.

We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing individual with a great eye for discovering new talent and strong interpersonal skills. This role involves scouting directly on the streets, with the goal of identifying and approaching new faces to introduce to the agency.

We're looking for someone who is socially active and well-connected, someone who naturally spends time in restaurants, cafés, bars, universities, gyms, events, and other social environments, and who enjoys meeting new people.
We're looking for people with a natural talent for networking and the ability to recognize the potential of a face in everyday life.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct street scouting across the city, throughout Italy, and internationally, as well as at events.
* Identify potential models who fit the agency's aesthetic and standards.
* Introduce Dailyn Models Management and present the opportunities available to selected talents.
* Collect contact details, photos, and any relevant information for the agency's internal evaluation process.

Profilo

Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive, dynamic, and goal-oriented personality.
* Passion for the fashion and modeling industry.
* A socially active lifestyle and the habit of spending time in dynamic environments such as cafés, restaurants, universities, gyms, events, and other social settings.
* Fluent English; knowledge of a third language is considered a plus.
* Previous experience in scouting or the fashion industry is appreciated but not required
