Main purpose of the role

Selection communication & design is part of Perfetti Van Melle - a global confectionary company and makers of global product brands. We are currently seeking for a passionate and enthusiastic Account Assistant, who will support the Account team during the entire creative development cycle of brands design & communication projects, from brief to delivery; reporting to the Account Executive.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Collaborate with senior account in the development and coordination of packaging, communication and below the line activities;
* Managing projects from development to completion including schedule creation, budgeting and invoicing;
* Support the team to handle multiple projects at the same time;
* Communicate with marketing departments in the execution of creative projects (presentation, revisions, approval);
* Participate to meetings, prepare reports documenting meeting discussion;
* Undertake administrative tasks.

Skill Required

* Degree in Marketing or Communication;
* At least 1 year experience in communication/packaging below the line agencies or marketing departments;
* Good organizational and time-management skills;
* Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
* Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook;
* Fluent in English.
